How long is turn around time for handmade items?

Great question!! We hate keeping people waiting.  This is another reason why our pieces are limited quantities!  Sometimes, we'll have pieces ready to ship and sometimes we'll need more time.  If the item isn't ready to ship, please allow approx 2-3 weeks (MAX) to get it finished for you!

How do the sizes fit?

Oftentimes, custom/handmade clothing patterns and sizes run slightly bigger than ready to wear clothing.  We don't suggest sizing up.  For my leggings, bellbottoms, or tighter fitting clothes, the fabrics I use have lots of stretch so those pieces may last you longer than you think!

How should I wash handmade pieces?

We strongly suggest washing everything in cold water temperatures and hang or line dry to avoid shrinking or unusual color fading.

Patched items should not be washed, only spot cleaned. 

Embroidered sweaters can be washed inside out in cold and laid flat to dry to keep keep the design flat and smoothed.  It is recommended to wear a shirt underneath to prolong the life of the sweater!

Some pieces that have rhinestone, Cricut cutouts, or bead adornments will need to be hand washed or just spot cleaned. 

Can I return or exchange my piece if it doesn't fit?

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of each piece, so please ensure that the correct size is ordered!  We do however stand by our products and their quality! If you have any issues with received items you must contact us within 48 hours.
